Sightwork operates under Business Associate Agreements with all subprocessors that handle protected health information.

Current BAA partners include: • AWS Bedrock • AWS S3 • Anthropic (Claude API)

Records submitted for IME report generation are processed in HIPAA-eligible infrastructure and retained only as long as required to deliver the report. Detailed HIPAA compliance documentation is being prepared with legal counsel and will be published before public launch.
